MONOLIKE supplies products directly from our Headquarters in South Korea to our partners, ensuring the best price and quality.

  • In Korea: Our products are best-sellers at Korea's top offline retailers, including Kyobo Hottracks, Youngpoong Bookstore, Artbox, and 10x10, as well as various online platforms.

⚠️ Important Notice: Sales Channel Restriction

  • NO Amazon Sales: Selling on Amazon (including Amazon FBA) is strictly prohibited as MONOLIKE HQ has been directly managing these channels since 2018. We welcome sales through your own online store or other local marketplaces.

  • Our Shopify and Amazon stores often list limited items or bundle packs.

  • For wholesale orders, all individual SKUs listed on our HQ store are available for purchase.

2. How to Order

To receive a wholesale quote, please email us at nsh@monolike.com with your Company Information and Wish List.

We will then issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) that includes the wholesale pricing and estimated shipping fees.

3. Payment Terms

Orders are confirmed and processed upon receipt of payment via:

  • Bank Transfer (T/T): Wire transfer to our HQ bank account (details provided in Invoice).

  • PayPal: Available for sample orders or small amounts (fees may apply).

4. Shipping & Delivery

All products are shipped directly from Incheon, South Korea.

  • Air Express (Courier)

    • Carriers: UPS, FEDEX, DHL, EMS

    • Lead Time: 3–7 business days (transit time).

    • Pros: Fast delivery, full tracking. Best for urgent restocks.

  • Ocean Freight

    • Process: Incheon/Busan Port -> Ocean Vessel -> Destination Port -> Buyer

    • Lead Time: 30–45 days (varies by destination).

    • Pros: Cost-effective for bulk orders.

    Note: Exact shipping quotes will be calculated and provided on the invoice.

5. Duties & Taxes

All import duties, taxes (VAT), and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

  • Sample orders are welcome for quality verification.

  • Sample costs and shipping fees are charged to the buyer. Please contact us for a quote.
